We at Opta recruit work with your HR team As recruitment specialists we compliment the efforts of your existing HR and TA teams and empower maximum efficiency for your company.  We only charge a Success Fee. This way you have no upfront or recurring commitments to us. We act like steroids for your existing HR and TA teams.

Won't i have to spend extra effort dealing with an external recruitment vendor?

Do I have to pay you anything, even if I hire someone directly?
